We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where available). All online payments are secure and encrypted. For bulk orders, we also offer invoice-based payment terms for registered businesses.

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and product availability. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3-5 days, while remote areas may take 5-7 days. You’ll receive estimated delivery dates at checkout.

You can cancel orders before they’re shipped by going to “My Orders” and clicking “Cancel.” For modifications, contact our customer service immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you can return them after delivery.

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories. Certain items like customized products may not be returnable. Check individual product pages for specific return eligibility.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund. For damaged items, please don’t discard the original packaging as our courier partner may need to inspect it.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll need your bank details for refund transfer.

Product availability is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you can click “Notify Me” to receive an email alert when it’s back in stock.

Don’t worry! If payment is deducted but you don’t receive confirmation, contact us immediately with your transaction ID. We’ll verify and either confirm your order or process a refund within 7-10 days.
