Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy
At Industrywala, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience while ensuring complete transparency in our policies. Please review our cancellation, returns, and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
- Cancellations
- Customizable Orders:
- Customizable or personalized products can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be permitted as the production process may already be underway.
- Standard (Non-Customizable) Products:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.
- Orders can also be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Such cancellations are subject to approval.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may reject delivery at the time of receipt from our courier partner.
- Returns
- Eligibility:
- Only non-customized items are eligible for returns.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original box and manuals.
- Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Customizable or personalized products.
- Goods that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
- Goods which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
- Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
