Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy

At Industrywala, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience while ensuring complete transparency in our policies. Please review our cancellation, returns, and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

  1. Cancellations
  • Customizable Orders:
    • Customizable or personalized products can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be permitted as the production process may already be underway.
  • Standard (Non-Customizable) Products:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.
    • Orders can also be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Such cancellations are subject to approval.
    • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may reject delivery at the time of receipt from our courier partner.
  1. Returns
  • Eligibility:
    • Only non-customized items are eligible for returns.
    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
    • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original box and manuals.
  • Non-Returnable Conditions:
    • Customizable or personalized products.
    • Goods that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
    • Goods which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
  • Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
