What is stainless steel needle valve

Stainless Steel needle valve is a control valve used for high pressure and mildly corrosive media. Media such as acids, water steam and other chemicals. Needle valves have a lateral mechanism of needle to open and close the valve. A wheel is present above the valve which when rotate will lift the needle and open the valve. Likewise, when rotated in opposite direction will lower the needle and close the valve. Needle valves generally have screwed ends but can be butt welded for stronger connection.

Siphon tubes are also fabricated in different shapes. Most common are Q type and U type. These come in either threaded ends or butt welded ends for carbon steel material. These tubes can be fitted with additional coils for longer ends. User decides upon the design of the tube as per the space available.
