Siphon cock is a stainless steel fitting valve, which is used for smaller pipe connections. Famously used with siphon pipes or tubes in the line of pressure sensor. There is an angled lever whose stem goes down till the bottom of the valve. When turned to open, the flat end will come parallel to the side wall opening the valve.
